By using activelivesnow.com ("the site") or purchasing from Chainwright ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. Last updated: July 26, 2026.
We work hard to display products, prices and availability accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders and refund payments in full if a price or availability error occurs. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received through the payment link we provide. Payment card data is handled by our payment providers under their own security policies; we never store full card numbers.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier-addressed destination. See the Shipping page for rates and times and the Returns page for the 30-day return window.
Tools are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery (chain-tool pins: 3 months). Normal wear — a worn pin, a knobbled socket, a scratched finish from honest use — is not a defect. Torque tools ship with their own calibration card.
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at disruptive volume, no fraudulent orders, no interference with site security or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
